Dear Customer,
the following terms of sale/delivery/payment:

The UNCONVENTIONALDOG Company, received your purchase order, checks the   availability of the products in stock and will confirm the order you issued;

The price of the article is always calculated with VAT INCLUDED;
Our Products, just because they are handmade, may have slight differences from piece to piece. This is synonymous of originality and uniqueness of UNCONVENTIONALDOG products;
Unless otherwise specified (for example “Free transport”), all costs of transport of the products will be charged to the customer. The delivery is made by priority post or by courier.
The goods will be delivered with the invoice;
The delivery will be made to your address via our courier. In case the delivery is not successful, for reasons not caused by UNCONVENTIONALDOG or by our courier, your order will be available at the offices of the courier. You will be contacted by the same courier to pick up the goods and you will bear any costs of housing or a new delivery quantified by the same carrier. Precisely for the reasons stated above, it is better to give us an address where you always have someone that receives the  package and signs the proof of delivery.
The time required for delivery in the main Italian cities, may be at most 10 working days. Remember that the deliveries are made from Monday to Friday and from 8.00 to about 18.00. please note that times are approximate and may vary depending on traffic of the courier’s daily expeditions therefore no responsibility can be attributed to UNCONVENTIONALDOG in case of delay in delivery.
The time required for delivery abroad depends from country to country. When the order is confirmed we will inform you the delivery times needed;


According to the article 5 of Lgs 22 May 1999, number 185, the customer (if it is qualified as a “consumer” under article 1 letter b) has the right to terminate the contract and return the products ordered, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 10 (ten) working days receipt of the products. The word “consumer” means the final customer without VAT.
The right of withdrawal referred to in Article 5.1, must be exercised by the customer, under penalty of forfeiture, within 10 (ten) working days from receipt of the products by sending the request for withdrawal by registered post to

The products replaced will not be further replaced except in case of production’s defects:
All goods must be undamaged and properly packed , shipping at your own expense, and they must be sent to UNCONVENTIONALDOG di Rinaldo Rinaldi.
After receiving the products (and verified their integrity) UNCONVENTIONALDOG will transfer the money of returned products (as shown the official receipt) in your bank account, within 7 (seven) working days, or, in agreement with you, we give you a voucher to be spent later.
“Tailor-made products” or “customized products on special requests and specifications” do not benefit, in any case, the right of recess referred to Article 5.1PAYMENT
