Outer material of the dog raincoat is bielastic, silent, soft and resistant: perfect both in winter because it keeps the muscles warm, in summer because dog’s hair is blowdrying quickly and stay fresh and dry.The fabric is coupled to a cutting-edge membrane that guarantees complete waterproofing of the garment, allows excess moisture or heat of the dog to escape, thermoregulation and even is wind-stopper. The inside of dog raincoat is totally lined with a special and soft bi-elastic net for absorbing excess moisture, to protect the dog’s hair and avoid knots. In addition, it is antibacterial to avoid any dog’s hair molds. On the back of the waterproof suit for dogs a zip resistant and self-lubricating with a flap that protects from water and acts as a dog’s fur saver. A second zip positioned under the neck of the dog allows to insert the harness inside the garment. At the end of the back two technical elastic stops for shaping more the garment to the body. The waterproof suit for dogs is a total body for dogs. It’s waterproof and breathable suit for any weather conditions. Fully protects body and legs of the dog.

The meaning of TRENDY TRENCH 60”, the name of this waterproof suit, is raincoat (TRENCH), always trendy (TRENDY) and wears it in 60 seconds (60′).

Outer fabric of dog raincoat is bielastic, silent, soft and resistant; perfect both in winter because it keeps the muscles of the dog warm and, in summer because dog’s hair is blowdrying quickly and stay fresh and dry.

The fabric of the dog raincoat has been coupled to a cutting-edge membrane that guarantees complete waterproofing of the product, allows excess moisture or heat to escape, thermoregulation; it is also wind-stopper.

The waterproof suit for dogs is totally lined with a special and soft bi-elastic net. It absorbs excess moisture of the dog, protects the dog hair and avoid knots. In addition, the lining is antibacterial to prevent any mold and do not make any dog’s hair molds proliferation.

On the back a zip, resistant and self-lubricating. Under the zip there is a flap that protects from water and acts as a hair-saver. A second zip positioned under the dog’s neck allows to insert the harness inside the garment.

For this application we work with another Italian excellence that works for brands such as Geox and Moncler.

Inside lining of the waterproof suit for dogs is a special mesh with absorbent and hypoallergenic properties; also manufactured in Italy and used in sportswear for extreme performance. We chose this fabric for this dog raincoat to not stress the dog’s hair and not to create irritation during movement.

Fabrics of the raincoat for dogs are light, soft, silent and very resistant; all strictly made in Italy.
Outside: the outer fabric is a highly resistant bi-elastic technical fabric; perfect both in winter, because it helps the muscles to stay warm, during the summer, because, drying quickly, keeps the dog coat always fresh and dry.
The fabric used for our dog raincoat is sport-derived, technical, stretchy and very lightweight
Membrane: the fabric is coupled to a latest generation membrane composed of 3 layers. Guarantees waterproofing and breathability, absorbing excess body dog’s heat and facilitating the natural evaporation of moisture. All this guarantees dog’s body thermoregulation both in winter as in summer.
Inside: the dog raincoat, internally, is lined with a special bielastic, very soft net that has the function of absorbing excess dog’s moisture. It does not stress the dog’s hair or creating knots. This net also has an antibacterial function so as not to proliferate any dog hair molds.
Back: at the end of the back, two technical sliders have been positioned to shape the garment more according to the structure of your dog.
In addition, a flap has been inserted under the zipper which ensures greater protection from the water and also acts to save the dog hair while closing.
Seams: they are made with highly resistant stretch yarns to guarantee long life of the garment over time. The garment has been made with 2 types of seams to make it more resistant to your dog’s movements especially when running and therefore can also be worn during extreme sports activities.

Delivery time

from the date of receipt of the order by UNCONVENTIONALDOG:
3 days for Italy,
4-5 days for Europe,
5 days or more working days for non-European countries.
Times are indicative and not strictly binding for UNCONVENTIONALDOG. In any case, delivery will take place at the latest within thirty days as from the Contract’s conclusion.
In case of unavailability of one or more Products, occurring after the order confirmation, UNCONVENTIONALDOG will notify the Customer by mail and togheter will decide if carry out the shipment of the remaining Products ordered by the Customer. In such case, the Contract will remain valid only to the Products actually shipped. UNCONVENTIONALDOG will refund the amount of the missing product.

Tracking of the shipment

The Order Confirmation sent to the customer at the time of shipment of the product (s) indicates the tracking number (tracking number) with which the Customer can monitor the shipping and delivery process of the Products on the website of the relevant courier.

Receipt of the product

Customer has to do everything in their power to facilitate the delivery of the Order, making themselves available for receipt or delegating to a third party. The courier will make a first attempt at delivery of the Order at the address indicated by the Customer. When the outcome of the delivery is negative, the courier will inform the Customer of the attempt at delivery and will try to arrange a subsequent delivery of the Order with the Customer.
In the event that the courier is definitively unable to deliver the Order, Customer Service will contact the Customer in order to verify his or her interest in a new despatch.
We invite our customers to carefully check the package before signing for successful delivery. Packages are carefully packed with custom adhesive tape placed as a seal on the wrapper. If package appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, Customer must refuse delivery.
In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature, Customer is asked to immediately report the incident to the forwarder and contact UNCONVENTIONALDOG at info@unconventionaldog.it or filling the form on the Site.
All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with UNCONVENTIONALDOG and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their packages. If the package is not delivered for reasons attributable to the Customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the Customer refuses delivery, we will require the Customer to pay for the second shipment. Selecting a different country of delivery, prices, general conditions and availability of the items may vary.

Products price

Prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include the value added tax (V.A.T.) in force.
The total Price resulting at the end of the Order is inclusive of shipping charges, but not of any customs duties and / or additional sales taxes necessary for importing the goods into foreign territory. Any additional charge for customs clearance transactions shall be borne exclusively by who bought the product.

Request for invoicing must be done at the same time as the Order. After receiving the confirmation of the purchase, the Customer must send an e-mail to the Customer Service (info@unconventionaldog.it) indicating:

The document will be sent to the applicant in digital format by e-mail.
Billing requests will not be accepted in the days following the date of acceptance of the Order.

Payment method

The Payment must be done when placing the Order, choosing between credit card or PayPal.
For credit card payments, UNCONVENTIONALDOG uses the secure SSL system: the order confirmation will transfer credit card data to the cardholder via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encrypted connection, to authorize and debit . A safe and risk-free procedure that protects Customer from any possible abuse; thanks to this system, UNCONVENTIONALDOG does not display in any way the credit card number of its Customers.
UNCONVENTIONALDOG preserves its right to request additional information to the Customer or to ask copies of documents demonstrating the ownership of the card used. If Customer does not provide such information, UNCONVENTIONALDOG reserves the right not to accept the Order.
UNCONVENTIONALDOG accepts all major credit cards and prepaid cards registered on the PayPal circuit. Customer financial data will not be shared with UNCONVENTIONALDOG but will be managed directly by PayPal. In case of cancellation of the Order (both by the customer and by UNCONVENTIONALDOG) the amount will be credited to the PayPal account of the Customer. UNCONVENTIONALDOG will not be liable for any delay or damage caused during the reimbursement process.

Returns and Refunds

Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchased product (Article 52 Consumer Code), informing UNCONVENTIONALDOG of his decision by e-mail to info@unconventionaldog.

Exchange of the product with another size according to availability in stock. The return shipping costs are charged to the customer. The shipping costs of the further shipment of the changed product are borne by UNCONVENTIONALDOG
withdrawal and then refund the price paid for the product. The shipping costs for withdrawal are charged to the customer.
Refund will be suspended untill the date of receipt of the product.
The Customer must indicate the header and IBAN of the current account on which he wishes to receive the refund.
Please note that refunds may take up to 28 business days.
If an order has been shipped within the European Union, VAT will be fully refunded. Outside the European Union, customs taxes and VAT will not be refunded.
It is recommended to contact your customs offices.The shipping cost and customs fees are charged to the customer for each return.

Product must be returned using suitable and intact packaging with trackable shipping to: UNCONVENTIONALDOG Via Santa Sofia 67, 35121 Padua-Italy.
The product must be intact including the label, UNCONVENTIONALDOG box, not used, washed or ironed. In the absence of these conditions UNCONVENTIONALDOG will not make any exchange or recess. If the methods and terms for exercising the right of exchange or recess are not respected, as specified above, the Consumer will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to the Seller; however, he may get back, at his expense, the Products in the state in which they were returned to the Seller. Otherwise, the Seller may keep the Products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase.
