    UNCONVENTIONALDOG undertakes to deliver the orders to the customers accurately and quickly, in accordance with the delivery terms specified in the Site at time of purchase and, in any case, within thirty (30) days from the date of dispatch of Confirmation order to the Customer.
    The Purchase Confirmation is usually sent to the Customer at the time the Products are despatched to the courier for delivery.
    In certain circumstances, such as, for example, during sales periods or the closure of the business, delivery times may vary. The Seller shall not be held responsible for delays in delivery that are not connected to its fault or negligence. To this extent, the Seller shall be exempt from responsibility for delays due to force majeure, strikes, natural disasters, occurrences related to customs procedures, and any other occurrence relating to the provision of delivery services or any other circumstance outside its control. The Order Confirmation indicates the tracking number with which the Customer can monitor the shipping and delivery process of the Products on the website of the relevant courier.
    Customers are encouraged to do everything in their power to facilitate the delivery of the Order, making themselves available for receipt or delegating to a third party.
    The courier will make a first attempt at delivery of the Order at the address indicated by the Customer. Where the outcome of the delivery is negative, the courier will inform the Customer of the attempt at delivery and will try to arrange a subsequent delivery of the Order with the Customer.
    In the event that the courier is definitively unable to deliver the Order, Customer Service will contact the Customer in order to verify his or her interest in a new despatch. On delivery, the Customer must verify the exactness of the number of the parcels and the integrity of the external packaging. If Customer finds anomalies with the delivery, for example in relation to the number of parcels or damage to the external packaging, the Customer must conditionally sign the delivery document and contact the Customer Service. In the event that the Customer fails to do so, the Customer will not be able to bring a claim in relation to the delivery, save for as provided under article 8 below in relation to hidden faults and in respect of any applicable consumer protection law.

    Delivery time

    from the date of receipt of the order by UNCONVENTIONALDOG:
    3 days for Italy,
    4-5 days for Europe,
    5 days or more working days for non-European countries.
    Times are indicative and not strictly binding for UNCONVENTIONALDOG. In any case, delivery will take place at the latest within thirty days as from the Contract’s conclusion.
    In case of unavailability of one or more Products, occurring after the order confirmation, UNCONVENTIONALDOG will notify the Customer by mail and togheter will decide if carry out the shipment of the remaining Products ordered by the Customer. In such case, the Contract will remain valid only to the Products actually shipped. UNCONVENTIONALDOG will refund the amount of the missing product.

    Tracking of the shipment

    The Order Confirmation sent to the customer at the time of shipment of the product (s) indicates the tracking number (tracking number) with which the Customer can monitor the shipping and delivery process of the Products on the website of the relevant courier.

    Receipt of the product

    Customer has to do everything in their power to facilitate the delivery of the Order, making themselves available for receipt or delegating to a third party. The courier will make a first attempt at delivery of the Order at the address indicated by the Customer. When the outcome of the delivery is negative, the courier will inform the Customer of the attempt at delivery and will try to arrange a subsequent delivery of the Order with the Customer.
    In the event that the courier is definitively unable to deliver the Order, Customer Service will contact the Customer in order to verify his or her interest in a new despatch.
    We invite our customers to carefully check the package before signing for successful delivery. Packages are carefully packed with custom adhesive tape placed as a seal on the wrapper. If package appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, Customer must refuse delivery.
    In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature, Customer is asked to immediately report the incident to the forwarder and contact UNCONVENTIONALDOG at info@unconventionaldog.it or filling the form on the Site.
    All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with UNCONVENTIONALDOG and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their packages. If the package is not delivered for reasons attributable to the Customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the Customer refuses delivery, we will require the Customer to pay for the second shipment. Selecting a different country of delivery, prices, general conditions and availability of the items may vary.
